To this end, it instructs the Speakers of the Congress of Both Nations to issue a call to the states, counties, and regions. This document will inform the citizens that our President, in his desire to ensure national prosperity and acknowledging his accession to power from among his fellow countrymen, allows for a national inquiry. This query does not intend to undermine the people's right to freely elect their leaders but seeks to determine if there is a collective will to choose a successor during the President's lifetime, thus averting the dangers of an interregnum.

Extension of the Deadline for the Delegation Tasked with Equating Contributions and Taxes

The delegation charged with the equalization of the tithe tax and subsequently tasked with creating a grain reserve project by The President and the confederated Houses of Congress has not been able to complete its work on time due to the lack of new chimney tax tariffs from civil-military, Polish-Ukrainian, Lithuanian-Belarussian, and regional commissioners, as well as incomplete transactions from various acts. Therefore, for these reasons, The President and the confederated states of The Union extend the delegation's deadline by an additional six weeks to finalize its activities.
