Representative Jan Suchorzewski from Kalisz voiced concerns:

Yesterday, regarding the Warsaw Gazette, I requested that our sessions be accurately reported, demanding that His Excellency Łuskina, under penalty, faithfully describe our debates. However, I am certain that this would have minimal effect. There is no better remedy for this problem than appointing an individual by Speaker of the Sejm, Mr. Stanisław Małachowski, dedicated solely to the writing of a detailed Journal to avoid partial and misleading reports that only serve to flatter foreign interests, particularly Moscow. The National Authority should be vigilant against such practices, more so as Łuskina abused his Privilege by prosecuting a printer for attempting to write about Kaniów travel, during the absence of President Poniatowski and Minister of Interior Affairs for Poland-Ukraine, Mr. Michał Mniszech. This deeply affects various individuals who could otherwise earn their living through publishing. Hence, before I propose a project to abolish such a Decree, I would request that Speaker of the Sejm, Mr. Stanisław Małachowski, to please appoint Mr. Józef Turski to the task of writing the Journal.

The sentiment was echoed by Under Secretary of Interior Affairs for Lithuania-Belarus, Mr. Ignacy Potocki:

It's very just to require accurate reporting of our sessions. Authentic records will clarify any misconceptions the public may have developed due to incomplete information about our activities. For a more accurate description of our actions, an appointed person is indeed necessary.

After further discussion on the issue of the Gazette and legislative procedure, Speaker of the Sejm, Mr. Stanisław Małachowski, suggested deferring the matter and moving on to other legislative affairs.

The Legislative proposal was put forth by Representative Tadeusz Matuszewicz to streamline the debate process, ensure military appointments are publically announced before finalization, and move on to discussing the military state of Lithuania-Belarus.

During the same session, the issue of the military state in Lithuania-Belarus was discussed at length, with Senators contributing to the debate. Concerns were raised about the occupation of multiple posts by individuals, particularly the role of the Great Guardian of Lithuania-Belarus, with proposals ranging from retaining his current salary to abolishing the position altogether. The matter drew attention from the President himself, who expressed support for the current holder of the title.

The session concluded with the press reporting from Mr. Jacek Jezierski, voicing his reflections on the day's proceedings, highlighting the need for equitable treatment of military roles, and advancing the cause of small soldier welfare.
